Our St. Louis Team was overwhelmed with Water Cleanup over the past couple years. First came the flashfloods, then the Des Peres river flooding, and finally the Missouri River levee breaks. This was a difficult time for all our customers, and we are proud of the PureOne Services’ Team for their hard work and long hours.

The key to minimizing water damage is prompt attention. Getting immediate professional help to clean up the water and dry out the area can lessen the impact and reduce the effects of the water damage. After water damage occurs, hiring a professional cleanup company is the best way to keep everyone safe and professionally restore your property to a safe livable state.

Flooding incidents are often unforeseen, stressful, and tragic. Pipes burst when you least expect, rain seeps through damaged roofs, and appliances can break down leaving your property at risk of flooding. Our expert team is ready to assist you when needed the most. PureOne Services is available for emergency water damage restoration 24/7 because we know time is of the essence.

  1. We will assess the level of water damage to the property so that we can develop an appropriate plan to restore the property.
  2. Remove and Dispose of Unsalvageable Contents. Any items that have been water damaged that cannot be saved will be removed and disposed of properly. These could include drywall, carpeting and flooring.
  3. Transport and Clean Salvageable Furnishings. We remove any furnishings and transport them to our facility for professional drying and cleaning. We use top-of-theline equipment for effective water removal, disinfecting, and deodorizing.
  4. Dry the Property. Industrial strength dehumidifiers and air movers are used to dry the structure of the property. This usually take 2 to 5 days, depending on saturation levels, and is critical to avoid microbial growth and further property damage.
  5. Test for Moisture Levels. We will monitor the levels of moisture and humidity inside the premises to ensure they meet safe levels during the drying process.
  6. If drywall, flooring, or other materials have been destroyed in the flooding or remediation process, we can rebuild and re-install replacements.
  7. (Optionally) Test for Mold Growth. Because mold can grow quickly in wet and damp conditions, we offer this as an optional service. We also specialize in mold removal, so we can proceed with mold remediation, if so desired.
  8. Insurance Claim Assistance. Once an insurance claim is filed for the damages, we will work with your insurance adjuster to file the final invoice.
